Sure, registers translation is relatively easy, no problem! In truth I am Italian so it comes quite natural to me... There may be issues with handwriting or with latin when it's a church register, but the Archivio di stato stuff normally is OK.

Hello, and thank you so much for reaching out. I have finally come up against a brick wall in my researching of Carlo Brancati and his wife Gabrila Avitabile.
Carlo Brancati was born ABT 1835 in Agerula Napoli Campania Italy
Gabrila Avitable comes from the same region and her ABT is 1830
Together they had 6 children.

if you open the link you provide, you get to a list of years, each one hyperlinking to the actual Agerola birth registers pictures for that year. For some years, for example 1836, the first few pictures are of an alphabetic list for everyone born there in 1836 (I looked for your great-gran, Carlo but he is not listed), for other years, for example unfortunately 1835, there is no list, and you have to go through the pages looking for the name of the newborns. The registers pictures may seem overwhelmingly complex, and the calligraphy of old times incomprehensible, but they follow a pre-printed pattern that make the search easier than expected.
The father name is always in this highlighted position (father name is Sante ?oviero):

See if you go anywhere... otherwise , if you can restrict the birth date a little bit, I might be able to look it up for you... but at ~150-200 birth per year even looking up only 1830-1840 years is a time exhausting job.
For what relates your great-grandmother, instead, it's not so simple because there are hundreds of different places she could be from, making the search extremely difficult, and the marriage would be registered in her birth place, not his, so Agerola is not a good place to look for the marriage document, unless she is from Agerola, too.
