My comment:

"Gutsbesitzer" means the owner of a larger farm or manor. "Wirtschaftsbesitzer", literally "business owner", here probably means a landowner, a farmer. Wirtschaft can also mean inn or guesthouse, but it seems unlikely that there were so many inns in Daubnitz.

Daubnitz is a very small village middle of no where. My 2x great grandfather still own the land that being passed down to our family line.
