Full Text search for the Draper Manuscript Collection
Has there been any consideration using Full Text to scan both the Calendar books and the Draper Manuscript Collection microfilm (135 rolls). I spoke with someone at the Wisconsin Historical Society (they own the collection), and she confirmed my observation that the Calendars did not include all names in the indexes. She also said that the Calendars may not have cataloged everything in the collection. It would be an incredible gift for the 250th anniversary of the US if all of the names could be revealed!
