I only can add memories from Google photos. Why not from Facebook or Instagram?
I have my Facebook account connected to my account in FamilySearch

Can you not download the photo from Facebook/Instagram and then upload into Memories?
The connection to your Facebook account just provides single sign on. The difference with Google photos is that it can be treated like a disk drive, while the other stores can't.
