Certain changes do not appear at all in new change log

I saw a "not a match" change appear on a person's most recent 3 changes. I tried to see it in more detail by clicking "Show all", but it did not show up. In my view this is a mistake. Shouldn't all changes appear in the change log, in one form or another? (If it matters, the person is KNZ9-TVW.)
