Here's the translation -

the 10th, at midday at 11 o'clock, Johann Christian Eisenbeißer, day laborer and non-citizen resident in Ebnet, wife Gertraud nee Kölb, gave birth to a daughter which was baptized on the 11th here, and [the godmother was] Maria Magdalena Kölb, youngest daughter of the deceased Georg Kölb, farmer in Thiefenroth, who is [a servant] for Veit [Pricht?] in Unterlangenstadt, and [the child] was named Maria Magdalena.
