Witnesses: Jozef Skorupa, a farmhand, 41 years old, and Wojciech Pendziol (or Pędzioł), a landowner, 32 years old, from Goscieradow. Godparents: Jozef Skorupa and Katarzyna Bonk (or Bąk).
