This is not Edward Streich's birth record but of Edward Weidemeier, but it could be of interest to you.
Birth Record No. 197, Radom, Evangelical Parish, of Edward Weidemeier, born in Zwolen on the 4th September 1906, christened on the 23rd September 1906, son of Wladyslaw Weidemeier, 26 years old, a blacksmith in Zwolen, and of his wife, Matylda, born Keller, 21 years old. Witnesses: Gotlieb Weidemeier, 50 years old, a blacksmith, and Jan Keller, 49 years old, a miller in the same place. Godparents: Martin Stefanski and Bronislawa Kowalska.
