Italian cursive translation

I'd love it if someone could give me a synopsis of entry Numero 5. It's long, so I don't expect a full translation, but a summation of the major points would be helpful. It is the birth notice of my great-uncle Giovanni. From what I can make out it seems that his father, Paquale, is presenting a copy of a birth certificate from Sao Paolo Brazil, but I can't make out much of the writing (though I do see the name of his mother, Eloisa Giantomasso). Thanks!

16 Mar 1895 - Pasquale Ghiura age 37 shoemaker presented a translated copy of a birth record for his son Giovanni:
Royal Consulate of Italy in Sao Paolo, district of Consolação, record no. 482, 17 Jul 1893 - Pasquale Ghiura declared that on the 16th at 6am in house #9 in via di Graca… a male was baptized with the name Giovanni, legitimate son of him and of his wife Eloisa Giandomasa. Paternal grandparents Francesco Ghiura and Pepina Andonizio, both deceased. Maternal grandparents Filippo Giandomasa and Raffaella Meola.

Thanks Vinny! You seem to be the expert on Italian cursive here. I'm trying to hone my skill, but sometimes I'm just stumped. I'll see what I can find in the Brazilian records.
