Both of those records are birth records, not a marriage record, they were submitted for the marriage to take place, validating the births of groom and bride.

Witnesses: Andrzej Straszewski, 50 years old,and Andrzej Gondek, 40 years old. Godparents: the above-mentioned Andrzej Straszewski and Apolonia Gondek.

Birth Record No. 5, Parish Orle, Nieszawa District, Gubernia Warszawa, (current wojewodztwo: kujawsko-pomorskie) of Jozefa Pachlinska, born in Gryfowo (Julianowo) on the 11th February 1880, christened on the 12th February 1880, daughter of Szymon Pachlinski, a baker from Gryfowo (Julianowo), 40 years old, and of his wife, Antonina, born Nowak, 35 years old. Witnesses: Andrzej Kolocki, 45 years old, and Tomasz Szadkowski, 60 years old, from Gryfowo (Julianowo). Godparents: Jozef Kapolinski and Jozefa Kolecka.
The copy of the birth record was written on the 9th February 1898. The indexed marriage of this couple was found in Poznan Project. The original marriage record was found in szukajwarchiwach – Polish State Archives. Instructions on using it are recorded in Polish Resource Links in Poland Research Community.

Three Marriage Banns were published in this Sadlno Parish Church. No prenuptial agreement entered into. The oral permission of father of the bride was granted. The religious marriage ceremony was performed by the Priest of Sadlno Parish. This record was read and signed.
