Birth Record No. 90, Dobrzykow Parish, of Andrzej Bulkowski, born in Ciechomice on the 5th October 1833, christened on the 6th October 1833, son of Dominik Bulkowski, a farmer from Ciechomice, 55 years old, and of his wife, Agnieszka, born Stasiak, 33 years old. Witnesses: Roch Rakowski, 26 years old, and Wojciech Bysiewski, 60 years old, both farmers from Ciechomice. Godparents: Roch Rakowski and Klara Blazejkowa.
