Death Record No. 15, Łabunie Parish, of Jan Branecki, who died in Łabuńki on the 21st February 1918, death reported (buried) on the 22nd February 1918. He lived 60 years, he was born in Galicia, Austrian Empire, son of deceased Beniamin and Weronika, born Jurczyk, married couple Branecki. At death he left widowed wife, Katarzyna, born Malinowska. Death reported by Jan Turczyn, 32 years old, and Wincenty Wiśniewski, 43 years old, farmers, the first one from Łabuńki and the second one from village Krzywystok.
