Birth Record No. 27, Parish (?), of Andreas (Andrzej in Polish) Suberlak, House No. 41/118, born on the 29th November 1857, baptized on the 30th November 1857, a Catholic, legitimate son of father: Paulus (Paweł) Suberlak, a townsman, and of mother: Margaritha (Małgorzata), born Łątka, daughter of Matthias (Maciej) Łątka and Magdalena, daughter of father Valentinus (Walenty).
