Marriage record in Poznan Project

I found an exact match for my 3rd great grandparents marriage record from both the catholic parish and the civil record. Does anyone have experience writing and requesting copies from each?

Poznań Proejct says the record is from 1876 in Zaniemysl. entry 30 in Catholic Parish and entry L-33 in the civiil registry. I have the emails and addresses to write to each but not sure if there are any procedures I should follow to request the copies.

Michael, before you write to Poznan Archives, you may check at your nearby FamilySearch Center, as this record could be listed in familysearch.org as No. 30, in Civil Records for Zaniemysl, Micr. 008029744 Image 19 of 1149. It is in German, year 1876.
