Hello @Tammi954,
Translation:
Year: 1825: married on the 12th of May.
Place: Blächstätten?. Married by the above [priest]: Joseph Kugi, pastor.
House number: 9.
Groom: Franz Maÿer, of Klement, or Lackenweberkeüschlem?, formerly a "new farmer" in Kleinedling.
Groom's religion: Catholic.
Groom's age: 50.
Groom's marital status: widower.
Bride: Agnes, a legitimate daughter of Andreas Schmölzer, cattle castrator here, and his wife Theresia, née Bichler.
Bride's religion: Catholic.
Bride's age: 40.
Bride's marital status: unmarried.
[Written below this]: wie oben = as above = This bridal couple has been properly announced three times.Persons standing [at the wedding]: Names and Status: Michael Krenn, "Felverbauer" = _____? farmer at Völking. Johann Lichtenegger, guest/witness/resident in the Stegweberkeüsche?.
My comments:
Neubauer = new farmer = a farmer on farm land newly cleared in the 18th century (from Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary).
The second witness's profession is recorded as "Gast". Thode defines this as "guest". My Austrian genealogical dictionary (by Reinhard Riepl) defines this as: stranger; witness; resident.

Thank you, Robert, for your work translating this document. Excellent and educational! Agnes was the mother of my step great, great grandfather, Blasius Salzer. With this information, I can look more members of his family from this marriage — if any children were born of it.
