The child is: Ernst Wilhelm.

The baptismal sponsor is: Ernst Wilhelm Weber.

The death date is: 4-5 February 1871. This indicates he died on either the 4th or 5th of February 1871.

My comment: I can't decipher where the baptismal sponsor is from but I read the first word as "Tröttischer" or "Trottischen" which might indicate he is from https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20974021 or https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20974023 both of which are close to Nentershausen.

The words after the name of the sponsor are: "von Trottischer Förster auf dem Ballans".

"von Trott zu Solz" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trott_zu_Solz ) is the name of a noble family which is based in https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20828081 . Ballans is probably the name of a forest owned by the family von Trott. Ernst Wilhelm Weber was the forester of this property.
