Translation:

[In left margin]: Altendorf.

On the 10th day of July [1747], Cunegunda died, the 2-year old little daughter of the honest Conrad Dumper and Barbara, his spouse, whose body was buried the following day [11 July 1747] in "Buttenheimb" https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10284072 .

[In right margin]: Cunegunda "Dumpert" [note that the surname "Dumpert" was added at a later date in a different hand].
