Death Record, Szadek, the Priest officiating as Officer of Gmina Szadek Civil Records Office, Powiat Szadek, Departament (Region) Kalisz, of Antoni Kapciński, who died on the 2nd October 1813, death reported on the 4th October 1813, he lived 46 years, at death he left widowed wife, Magdalena Kapcińska, 40 years old, resident of Szadek. Witnesses: Jan Kapciński, 40 years old, and Franciszek Lipski, 60 years old. Death reported by Magdalena Kapcińska, wife of the deceased.
