Looking for a Translation for a 1904 Civil Death Record for Johanna Mandrysz nee Jendrzejczik, from Hohenbirken, Ratibor, Silesia (Brzezie, Poland). This record was retrieved from the Katowice Branch Archives in Raciborz, Poland by Dirk Wendland. It comes in two parts.
