Copulatus e[st] h[onestus] juvenis Georgius Sauer ex Buttenheim h[onesti] Georgii Sauer Caupenis? et Cunegundae uxoris ejus p[iae] m[emoriae] ibid[em] cum pudica Virgine Barbara Hagin ex Altendorf h[onesti] Conradi Hagen molitoris et Annae? Margarethae uxoris ejus p[iae] m[emoriae] ibid[em]

Translation:

Buttenheim, on January, 14th
The honest young man Georg Sauer from Buttenheim, [son] of the honest innkeeper? Georg Sauer and his deceased wife Cunegunda also from there, was married with the chaste virgin Barbara Hagen from Altendorf, [daughter] of the miller Conrad Hagen and his deceased wife Anna? Margaretha also from there.
Witnesses: Johannes Bähr and wife in Buttenheim, Johannes Büttel, innkeeper, and wife also from there.
