Knowing this page is from Hedingen (not Hausen) makes sense now 😉. By getting married to a Hedingen citizen, A. Elisabetha Jenta got the Hedingen citizenship, and consequently her death is noted in the Hedingen death records. For all other entries on this page either there were two different parishes given for death and burial, or just one parish written over both columns. In this case the "--" indicates that she was also buried in Hausen. You may want to look for the death entry in Hausen.

WSeelentag It is funny you should mention about Hausen. I found a record earlier today that looked sort of like it fit. But it looked like Elisabetha instead of Elisabeth. Also it had a reference to September. So I thought to myself: this can't be our person. I just posted it under her other death record. Now that I look closer, the entry ends with her living 29+ years. So it is Elisabeth!!!! Let me know what you think.

A comment on image quality first: I am not saying that the original image is more readable than your tinted image - but I want to "play around" myself; this includes brightness and contrast, but also filters like unsharp masking, … For that I would like the optimal starting point, which is the original image: any image manipulation (even if it improves readability) is unavoidably connected with an information loss.
But now for the Hausen death entry of 1850:
You are correct - she cannot have died 28 September - is buried 1 September - so she will have died 28 August. However, I am not sure that the record states 28 Sep for September - more likely for sepulta = buried.
Her name: in all records I have seen so far she's spelled (Anna) Elisabetha - not just here.

I use Photos on a Mac to enhance the documents. I think it works well. But it sounds like you use Photoshop (which I have) and have some good techniques for enhancing the readability of documents. Good for you. You'll have to share your ideas sometime in detail. Sounds like I have more to learn.
I changed all entries of her name to Elisabetha.
I puzzled over the word sepulta. Good to know.
Thanks for the transcription of this document. Very interesting. As usual you were right about her death and burial dates and where they occurred. 😋
