Transcription / translation please

Please help me understand the attached partial document. This is the only file I received from the  Arzberg parish office in Arzberg Germany, cited as "Traubuch Arzberg 1797/78/23". It is a marriage record, but I cannot figure out the relationships. A link to the document was not provided, so I hope somebody here can work with what was sent to me. Thank you very much for any and all assistance you can provide!

Zimmergesell, ein Wittwer alt 58 Jahre, mit Magdalena Kastnerin als v. Andreas Kastner, Bauer zu Seedorf zweiten led. Tochter alt 26 Jahre copulirt pt. 3 procl. d. zweiten July.

Translation:

Johann Georg Tröger, Seussen
Journeyman carpenter, a widower aged 58 years, with Magdalena Kastner, unmarried second daughter of Andreas Kastner, farmer at Seedorf, aged 26 years. Married on July 2 after 3 proclamations.
