Birth record No. 34, Annopol Parish, of Jan Babiradzki, born in Opoczka, on the 4th March 1902, christened on the 5th March 1902, son of Szczepan Babiradzki, an employee of the Vistula river ferry station / Vistula ferryman (a few letters of the occupation are not visible in the middle of the book, but I believe this is his occupation), 36 years old, resident of Opoczka, and of his wife, Marianna born Lapińska, 38 years old.

Witnesses: Anton Romanski, 27 years old, employee of the Vistula river ferry station / Vistula ferryman, a resident in Rachow, and Stanisław Witkowski, 35 years old, a peasant plowman residing in Opoczka.

Godparents: Anton Romanski and Teofilia Gil.

Jan Babirecki, bachelor, entered into marriage with Stanisława Gajek, maiden, in the Annopol Church, on 11 October 1927. Civil Registry Office.

He died in Opoczno on the 2nd of December 1990. His death record is record No. 179 (or 177) - 81/1990 Civil Registry Office Annopol. The note is then signed Annopol 1990 . 12 . 03 with an accompanying signature. There is also Stamp beneath the message a signature which seems to be "Zofia Liros", but I am not sure on the first letter of the last name or why it is there.
