posting screenshot?

Dear members of the German genealogy group,

Greetings! It's been awhile since I have posted a request for translation assistance. I have tried to post a screenshot of a birth registry entry but when I do, I get a message that there is a permission problem. (I have no URL to provide.) Can anyone advise? Is it no longer possible to paste a screenshot into the message? Or am I simply doing something incorrectly?

@KM41 Adding images in the Community is broken right now. But there is a work around. It is described in this post:
