1. The father is Joan Sluntebeck(?) sive Scharren Gers to Oldrup. This is apparently a combination with a "Hofname" (farm name). "sive" is Latin for "or". Sluntebeck and Scharren Gers are surnames, one of them (not sure which) is the Hofname. "to Oldrup" (low German for "zu Oldrup") is probably the location. Meyers has only Oldruper Mühle ( https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20412010 ).
2. I read the sponsors as:
   - Jens Fredrik? Ferenkamp?
   - Herm Borgending
   - Cath[arina] Marg[aretha] Strohts
