Birth Record No. 132, Annopol, of Karol Szot, born in Jakubowice on the 21st October 1903, christened on the 25th October 1903, son of Jan Szot, 42 years old, a landowner in village Jakubowice, and of his wife, Joanna, born Babiradzka, 42 years old. Witnesses: Antoni Karpinski, 40 years old, and Jozef Jablonski, 42 years old. Godparents: Karl Leszczynski and Agnieszka Tarsos. Note on margin: Karol Szot, a bachelor, married Stanislawa Wasik, a maiden, in Annopol Church on the 5th October 1926. Civil Records Office. He died on the 4th September 1941.
