Marriage Record No. 6, Sarnowo Parish, dated the 7th February 1881, of Paweł Jakub Lech, a bachelor, 26 years old, living with his father in Gruszka, born in Prussian Country, in village Wysokie, son of Michal Lech and of his deceased wife, Katarzyna, born Grzescik, and of a maiden Anna Kleyna, born in Zalesie, daughter of deceased Antoni Kleyna and of his living wife, Maryanna, born Kawka, landowners living in Zalesie. This marriage was preceded by three Marriage Banns published in this Parish Church. The oral permission for this marriage by the mother of the bride was granted. No prenuptial agreement entered into. Witnesses: Maciej Antkowicz, 56 years old, and Pawel Ołoś, 50 years old, both landowners from Zalesie.
