That URL leads to two birth records - the left side image is for a baby named Giacomo - the right side image is for a baby named Francesco Antonio.
For both of those records the surname is not entirely clear. Do you know the name of which record you are seeking.
These are from Film 4859783 - Registri dello stato civile di Francica (Catanzaro), 1809-1910.

Puoi trovare il documento di nascita di suo padre, perché so che è nato a Francica nel 1821 circa, figlio di Domenico
