No standardized place option available prior to 1871

"The date of birth +1800-07-21 is in conflict with the standardized place Rielingshausen, Marbach, Württemberg, Germany, which existed from +1871 to +1938."

There is no option for a standardized place before 1871, although my ancestor was born in 1800. I did some research and determined the correct place name in 1800, but quality score continues to leave the above quoted message. Someone from FamilySearch needs to add standardized options prior to 1871 in Germany.
