Low Quality due to Christening and Birth Date
We have been instructed as part of the Oaktree Project to use the last month of the quarter when entering a birth date. This has lead to the algorithm thinking they were baptized prior to their birth in some instances. 9KVK-NWS for example was born in the 3rd quarter which means September, but she was Christened in August. I think a good improvement would be to look at the quarter for that metric.

Sounds like the project instructions need to be re-evaluated since the instructions are leading to incorrect information in Family Tree.
Why not just add the birth date as "From July 1839 to September 1839" and see if that works better for the Quality Score?
I would take this as a good illustration of both the benefit of the Quality Score and a good example of the errors it will help people correct.
