This was a fun one; they give you the groom's age in years and months!
Marriage Record No. 74, Konin Evangelical-Augsburg Parish, dated the 25th of November 1858, of Ernest Ferdinand Speichert, a bachelor, 28 years and 11 months old, member of the Evangelical-Augsburg faith, a non-commissioned officer released on unlimited leave, a craftsman of the second class of the sixteenth working outfit, a rope maker now residing in Konin, son of Paweł and Julianna born Sänger, married couple Speichert, both were clothmakers who are already deceased, and of a maiden, Mary Rozalia Zeuschner, 19 year old member of the Evangelical-Augsburg faith, as signed in the Pastor's letter, daughter of the deceased former resident Daniel Zeuschner, and of his wife Karolina born Engel, now married Best, living with her mother in Konin. Marriage Banns published before the marriage in Konin Evangelical-Augsburg Church. The mother of the bride gave oral consent for this marriage, as well as the Head of the District in Konin gave oral consent for this marriage on the basis of the authorization of the Staff of the Warsaw Military General Governor. Thank you for your help. If he is a non-commissioned officer, is he working for the German army?

Konin would have been a part of the Congress Kingdom of Poland which was ruled by Russia, so I believe he would have been part of the Russian army, but I'm not certain.
