Marriage Record No. 60, Evangelical-Augsburg Konin Parish, dated the 24th October 1859, of Johann Ludwik Baganz, a bachelor of the Evangelical-Augsburg faith, a master miller in Biesku, 23 years old, son of Johann Friedrich Baganz, a resident of Police, and of his deceased wife, Karolina born Milbradt, and of a maiden, Juliana Karolina Fibich, living with her father in Grobka Czarkowska, daughter of Robert Fibich, a master shoemaker living in Grobka Czarkowska, and of his deceased wife, Friedricha born Fisbelkora, of the Evangelical Augsburg faith, 17 years old.
Witnesses: Friedrich Petschke, the local blacksmith, 39 years old, and Wilhelm Milbradt, a master miller in Cierpisz, 46 years old. This marriage was preceded by three Marriage Banns announced in the Evangelical-Augsburg Konin Church. Oral permission of both fathers was granted. No impediments were recorded. The newlyweds state that they did not enter into a prenuptial agreement.
