Since she is a relative you can request permission. See this article on How to request ordinances for an ancestor who was born in the last 110 years.

Provided that Parents and Sibling of your Great Grandmother's 'First' Cousin are ALL Dead/Deceased; plus, that when YOU select the "View My Relationship" in "FamilySearch" on her "Person/Details" page/screen (or, Pup-Up Card); AND, there is a FORMAL "Relationship" (ie. link/connection) indicated between the two of you ...

THEN, you CAN request to do the "Temple" Work for her.

When you so "Request", you have to select the "I have Permission", which is NOT obvious. If her Parents and Sibling are ALL Dead/Deceased; then, by extension - YOU have Permission.

Once you select the "I have Permission", you can indicate that ALL "Living" Relatives are Dead/Deceased.

It can be confusing; and, a 'stumbling block', for many Users/Patrons.

I've done this a number of times and it has worked without any problems. As noted, be sure to mention that all closer relatives are deceased. I had several aunts and uncles that never had children and used this when all their siblings were deceased. Made me as nephew one of the closest living relatives.
