Needing Assistance with Dates
Hello,
I am trying to translate some of these records on my own but am having a little difficulty with the dates. In this record, I see a date in the second line of dwadziestego piastego piastego? The month is April. Does this mean the 22nd of April? I think that this may be the day of the reporting.
In the seventh line, I see dziestego zwartego? Is this date the nineteenth of April? And I believe this to be the date of death.
Please advise me if I am reading these numbers incorrectly. Thank you and have a good day.

After a close reading of the record and consulting my fellow researchers, we have concluded that you are correct that the date was April 19th, though I had forgot to ask if it was a date of death. It is very likely for it to be the date of death.

Death Record, page 58, Ostrowaz Parish, Civil Records Office, the Priest acting as the Officer, Kalisz Wojewodztwo, of Malgorzata Witkoska, who died in Gmina Wisniewa, House No. 10, on the 24th April 1824, death reported on the 25th April 1824, she lived one year, daughter of Piotr and Agnieszka, married couple Witkoski, farmers from Gmina Wisniewa. Death reported by Maciej Sroda, 33 years old, a farmer, and Walenty Palaszewski, 60 years old, a blacksmith, residents of Gmina Wisniewa.
