Search fails in iPad mini 4, error message
I love working with it on my desktop. I have tried several times to search using my iPad and I get a flash of what looks like the results starting to load in, then the the screen flips to an error message screen that says something went wrong and to try again later or reload the page.
I suspect it may be because I have an older iPad mini 4 with operating system 15.8.2. Support and upgrades have ended for this model. I would like to hear from the engineers if this error is being caused by my older operating system or if it is something else.

We are looking into this to see if it is related to the older operating system you are using.

Hi Scott, I will test it on my iPad during the week and will get back with you. I am absolutely still using it but the majority of my research is done on my PC where I don't have any problems. I love the Full Text Search option and it has helped me find a lot of information that would have been near to impossible for me to find just by reading collections page by page.
