Translation Request - name spelling
Well, is getting help on the spelling of a name technically a ‘translation’ request? I’m not sure. Anyhow, I can’t figure out the name of the groom on the 1810, Town of Vasto civil marriage record. 7 March, page 4, ‘foglio’ #3 . It looks to me like Gesualdo Ciufolillo. But mappadeicognomi says they don’t know that surname. I’ve also tried Ciusilillo and CIUZOLILLO. Mappadeicognomi rejects both. :(

Standarization of surname spelling in Italy wasn't really a thing until well after 1900. That's how it's spelled in the record probably because that's how the scribe heard it. What do later births of children of this couple say?
I see some instances of Ciffolillo in Abruzzo, so that might be the modern rendering of the surname. Ciuffolo and Ciufolo are also found.

Pretty sure it's the same couple, although they have the name of the groom's mother as the name of the mother on this birth record (perhaps an overexcited first-time father giving the wrong information).

I looked at the birth record you posted of the following year, and it’s clear that it’s the same person. good thinking. Thanks also for your post about them not having standardize name spellings at that time. It makes a lot of sense.
This is not my family history. I am trying to make an Index for the 1810 Vasto marriages. So the names are new to me. Well a lot of them anyway. Do you know if I can work with family search to make this Index that I am trying to create available to everyone? Is that a thing? I can do it just for myself, of course, but I would be happy to share. I just want to make an index, because there isn’t one. And I am always wanting to refer to 1810 marriages, but never want to have to go through all 50 records.

They have an active indexing project for Chieti records (https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/my-indexing), and it says it's 93% indexed. So I would imagine that includes the Vasto records. You could work helping index the remaining records and then work on reviewing (you need to index 1000 records in order to be able to review). Once it is done all of the covered Chieti records should be searchable!
You can always post in the main "ask a question" group about submitting a self-created index but I suspect they will want to redirect you to their indexing project.
