Franz Turssinsky Granatu Preliantnik (polisher of Czech Garnet ?) Waczlawa Turssinskeho Steinschneidra (stoner) a Anny rozeny Krnatowy z Mnesta (města, town) Turnowa z Nro 99 

Franz was most likely a gemstone craftsman. "Granatu" refers to Czech Garnet, and Turnov was a well-known city with many jewelry producers. I suppose preliantnik is an old term for polishing or precise processing. But I may be wrong.
