Hello @Christina6056 Welcome!
What do you want to do?
Your title is
Found a person not in a tree. Now what do I do?
The FamilySearch Family Tree is a single collaborative tree. And women are (or should be) listed under their maiden names. That death certificate (which can also be found on FamilySearch) indicates her father's name was Pierson. So the first thing I did was search the FSFT for Euzetta Pierson who died in 1954 in Texas, using https://www.familysearch.org/search/tree/name?from=tree and I found Euzetta Lodema Pierson who appears to be the person in that Findagrave memorial:
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GPGT-SW1
And the Findagrave memorial has already been attached to her. I did add a year to the source, just now.

I think I figured it out since posting!
I found the records tab, added like a dozen sources to the listing I created for her, and discovered one attached to another profile which the duplicate tool didn't pick up on because of slightly different spelling and hugely different year and place of birth, but the spouses, locations, etc all lined up. Looks like her husband didn't know her family of origin data and what little he did give for her death certificate was incorrect, which is what created the disparity.
So I merged the three profiles and put sources for all of it. And that's what you're now seeing.
I feel very accomplished!!
Now I have no idea how to start on her father's family and am going to try to figure it out...
