právo doživotního bezplatného výminku u shora uvedené odevzdací listině ze dne 30. května 1876 ad Nr 3091 pod odst. 2. rozvahu vytvořeného pro žadatelku Marii Mlnařikovou
I don't understand it much, but it could be like this:
rights for free-of-charge lifetime usage of the "real estate for retired" as mentioned in the contract Nr. 3091 from 30 May 1876, the second paragraph, containing the balance sheet created for applicant Mary Mlnařík.

Dear Jan,
Thank you very much. I have been trying to find if there was anything to some stories passed down in the Mlnarik family.
Mary Mlnařík was the widow of Lorenz who died about 1877 in Kojakovice. She immigrated to the U.S. to Chicago, with some of her sons, leaving one son Jacob and a married daughter behind. Jacob inherited the small farm in Kojakovice from his father, on the condition that he provided his mother with annual payments from the farm income until she died. According to the story, Jacob (in Kojakovice) sent funds to Chicago to his mother "until she was 103 yr. old." When his wife objected, he stopped sending the money.
His mother actually died at the age of 89 yr, so someone else in the family in Chicago collected the money, after her death.
