A second set of eyes please! (Italian death record translation) and a merge
GFGR-Y8P
I believed I found a duplicate mother and father for my ancestor. They had several other children listed but not my direct ancestor so I merged the parents and added the child (Gennaro born 1818). Now I am wondering if I have made a mistake because the date of birth they have for this father (Vincenzo) doesn't match the death record I found. BUT i don't see a source for the date they have either so I'm not sure...
I don't want to mess up anyone elses research so I would love if someone wouldn't mind taking a look for me! My eyes and brain are getting tired!!

Remember ages reported of deceased persons (especially older adults) and parents on birth records are to be taken with a grain of salt since they weren't verified and based purely on the persons declaring the event (ages of spouses on marriage records, however, were supported by birth/baptismal records). They are estimates and nothing more.
So, looking at the records attached (using Antenati since they are all restricted in FamilySearch), we have:
- 1813 birth of Lucia in Palma - father Vincenzo is about 45 years old (so born about 1768)
- 1847 marriage of Gennaro in Pietramelara - father Vincenzo deceased
- 1840 death of Vincenzo in Palma - about age 74 (born about 1766)
Wife is Teresa Ebraico in each (slightly different for Gennaro's marriage). Looking in the 1847 marriage processetti for Pietramelara (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua42399/0Ja44B5), the birth record extract for Gennaro is from 1816 (#261 in Palma) and says Vincenzo is about 50, so born about 1766. The death record for Vincenzo doesn't give parents but the processetti includes a death record for what I assume is his father Gennaro, who died in Palma in 1795 (and was married to Mattia Rainone).
Those parents seem to make sense given the children listed on the FamilySearch profile. I didn't find his daughter Mattia's birth in 1810 so maybe it's in 1809 although there's no index so that's unfortunate. I'm trying to page through them quickly to see if it's there.
But yeah, I don't see any source for the 1755 birth.
edit: found Mattia's birth in 1809: https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua40571/5Yolqvw
Vincenzo is age 49 here so born about 1760.

Thank you so much! Sometimes I get nervous about making changes on FamilySearch, i have made mistakes before and I really hate to ruin someone else’s hard work. I appreciate you taking the time to look at this (you helped me last time as well!)
