Mantova - Where to find records from 1816-1870

I am trying to get birth records from my family. Some of my elders were born in Quatroville (Mantova) in that period and I cannot find any records from that period.

Names and approximately dates of birth are:

Vittorio (Vittore?) Anselmi, born around 1819 in Quatroville. He was married to Angela Lamberti (I don't have any records on her, but she died before 1880).

Alessandro and Giacomo Anselmi, his children, also born in Quatroville around 1860-1864.

Unfortunately, records from that era are only church records (the area was under Austrian control from 1815 until the creation of the Kingdom of Italy). They are not online.

You will need to contact the church in Cerese, in Borgo Virgilio (Natività della Beata Vergine Maria), as Quattroville ceased to exist as a separate town.

It's possible the Mantova diocesan archive may have the records also.
