Where to find a birth record in 1876 - Piozzo, Cuneo, Italy

Good morning!
We have found the ancestor, Giovanni Dompe, listed in the 10-year index on https://antenati.cultura.gov.it. See below. He is shown as being born in 1876 on entry #77.
On https://antenati.cultura.gov.it, they only have the Birth Attachments, but not the Birth entries. In FamilySearch, it appears that either they haven't catalogued those records or are restricted -- no entry. Didn't see anything in Ancestry.com for this time period/location.
Could you please tell me how to obtain that Birth entry?
