Translation Assistance: Italian Death Record translation of Italian cursive handwriting.
My 2nd Great Grandmother (Raffaela Angela Valentino, MDHB-Y5G) has been shown as a single mother of my 1st Great Grandfather (Antonio Valentino, L24X-LBN). On 23 September 2023, Gioconda Bufo found a death record for Gioacchino Francesco Torraca with Raffaela Angela Valentino listed on it and Gioconda Bufo made Raffaela Angela Valentino his wife on the Family Search record. I need someone to look at the death records of both of them and determine if there is any reason to believe they were more than just sharing the same residence. I can use Google Translate for the print ATTI DI MORTE (death record), but I cannot read the cursive Italian written on the records to understand what is said or implied. Any help would be wonderful. Also, these death records are listed on Family Search for Raffaela Angela Valentino in the "Latest Change" section. Thank you if you can help.

The links on the profile are to restricted records in FamilySearch, but they are freely available in Antenati.
1901 death #51 - Gioacchno Torraca (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua36047519/wROPoea)
3 May 1901: Michele Seccia, age 73, barber and Nicola DiLecce, age 41, worker, announced that Gioacchino Torraca died at 4:15 today at #14 Via 5 Regina(?). He was age 74, a hunter, born and residing in Margherita di Savoia, son of deceased Ferdinando and of deceased Maria Antonia DiMiccoli, husband of Raffaela Valentino
1905 death #8 - Raffaela Valentino (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua36047515/5KxXQKQ)
9 Jan 1905: Giuseppe Andriani, age 25, businessman, and Michele Rogata, age 69, painter, announced that Raffaela Valentino died at 7:15 today at #16 Via 5 Regina. She was age 70, farmer, born and residing in Margherita di Savoia, daughter of deceased Pasquale and of deceased Maria Rosa Piazzollo, widow of Gioacchino Torraca.
So they were clearly married, and their 1854 marriage record is referenced in the attached sources. Here is the actual record: https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua36014155/5vOqV2D
The parents of the spouses on the marriage record match the parents in the 1901 and 1905 death records.
HOWEVER, I think you have a problem with your tree. I found the marriage record of (Carmine) Antonio Valentino and Elisabetta Agriesti in Faeto in 1877. These are your great grandparents, correct? Parents of Leonardo Antonio (Leonard) Valentino, born in 1883, who married Maria Albina Rosa (Albina) Zullo in 1907?
According to the 1877 marriage record (hard to read - left side - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99Q7-59X8) and his 1850 birth record (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua36039041/04Mld19), his parents are Ponziano Valentino and Elisabetta Buccassi.
I think your problem comes from the 1864 indexed birth you found and attached to Antonio. It is problematic because on Leonardo Antonio's 1883 birth record (bottom right, https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9Q7-59TZ), it says Antonio (the father) is age 33, which puts his birth around 1850, not 1864.
So simply put, you have the wrong birth record, and therefore the wrong mother for Antonio. That 1864 birth record is from the town of Foggia, not the town of Faeto. It's on the right side here (https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12657/an_ua36018983/LN4emkl). This Antonio is the son of Raffaela Valentino, but I am quite sure the Raffaela Valentino in this birth record is different from the one married to Gioacchino Torraca - Foggia and Margherita di Savoia/Saline are a good 55 km apart, and Faeto is about 45 km further west from Foggia:
Anyway, I think the solution here is to detach your great grandfather Antonio from Raffaela Valentino and Gioacchino Torraca and attach him to his proper parents - Ponziano Valentino and Elisabetta Buccassi.
I'm happy to help with this if you are OK with it, since I already have all the records identified.

Yes, I am delighted to have you disconnect Antonio and set him in the correct family. I knew their had to be something askew. My thanks to all that helped.
