Translation request name change due to "after the roof"
Please help with the notes on the right to research the family further back. From Czech seignorial land registers, called Wassenbuch. If the notes can't be read (if in German), please let me know- I might try to the German group for help in that case.
I think this is an "after the roof" name situation with Pawel Dvorak neb Dusek and his family (except for son Josef and wife Ursula) moving to the Czerny household and taking the last name Czerny in 1744. The notes may help to confirm/disprove the theory.
Pawel Dvorak neb Dusak and family's name struck out and later on the same page Pawel seems to be listed as Pawel Czerny.
fraction of lan (land) 3/4 crossed out Pawel Dvorak neb Dusek 48 , Zena (wife) Marjana 44,
Deti (children) Josef 19 zena (wife) Ursula. Josef has fraction of land, name not crossed out.
Children Wyt 16 Marjana/Mariana 15, Ursula 10, Jakub 5
Note on right is an abbreviation for this word, although I don't know what it tranlates to.
Fraction of lan (don't know the fraction) Pawel Czerny no age, wife Marjana, Children: Wyt 15, Marjana 12, Ursula 10, Jakub 4.
Thank you.

Notes are in Czech. The first note on the right seems to be: Na wyminku a je zase na Czerny ziwnosti (retired, now again located at Černý ~roof).
That word is Hospodarz. As a noun, it is used as "farm head". The verb "hospodařit" means in this context something like working at the farm. However, farm is not the proper word in the Czech context. These were smaller units.
The third note on the first picture is unclear. It could be "doma" (at home) - in contrast to the note above (located at the Černý).

Jan,
Thank you, this clears some things up for me. I will have to look at the Dvorak and Dusek families now.
Best regards,
