For the 3rd record from the bottom, I am trying to determine the location written in first column. The record is the birth of Josephina, daughter of Franz Rygiel & Eva Dzienisz. Thank you!

It looks like Łebuńska Hutta currently named probably Łebunia, near Łębork. There are nearby Miłoszewo and Nowa Huta, Stara Huta. If you use pilot.pl you will find several of the communities listed on the page you submitted. Some of the names were changed since year 1871. You may try the following links for this Pomorskie area:
ptg.gda.pl pilot.pl = mapa.szukacz.pl (you do not need to use Polish letters in this site), metryki.genbaza.pl where you can search by Parish name or Civil Records Office name, geneszukacz.genealodzy.pl - but it does not look like your Parish was indexed there, still there are a number of Rygiel people listed. Hover with computer mouse over "i" in case there is additional information. There is also town Strzepcz which could be the Parish.
