Translated from Polish:

Marriage Record No. 4, Ostrowaz, dated the 7th February 1836, of Marcin Banaszak, a bachelor, laborer, resident of Wisniewa, born in Gory, Parish Ostrowaz, son of Jozef and Katarzyna, married couple Banaszak, there living, he is 26 years old, and of a maiden, Petronella Jozwiak, daughter of Piotr and Agnieszka, married couple Jozwiak, parents died in Wisniewa. She was born in Wisniewa, Parish Ostrowaz, serving there as a servant, she is 21 years old. This marriage was preceded by three Marriage Banns published in Ostrowaz Parish. The oral permission of present parents was granted. No impediment to this marriage detected. No prenuptial agreement entered into. Witnesses: Maciej Sroda, head of village, 48 years old, and Felix Pospieszny, a laborer, 30 years old, both residents of Wisniewa, they are not related to the groom or the bride.
