Death Record No. 5, Ostrowaz, of Jadwiga Witkoska, who died in Oscislowo on the 20th February 1838, death reported on the 22nd February 1838, she lived 14 years, she was a Catholic, daughter of Piotr and Agnieszka, married couple Witkoski, who died in Gory. Death reported by Jozef Jercha, a laborer, 30 years old, and Walenty Rozloski, 50 years old, both neighbors of the deceased.
