Italian immigrants in Argentina
I am looking for information about my grandmother's brother, born in Ponna, Italy, on 24th February 1902, who emigrated to Argentina very early. Although I have been unable to identify the exact date of his travel from Italy, I found evidence that he was already in Argentina in September 1924.
My grandmother used to say his brother was in Buenos Aires, but I could not find more details.
Is a census of the population in Argentina (from end 1924 onwards) available online?
Or does anyone have an idea of how I could do my research with such limited information?
Many thanks in advance!

Ponna is a comune in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 60 kilometres north of Milan.
The images have been digitized and are online, but they are not indexed. You will have to page through them one by one, in Italian to find what you are looking for.
I did a search for Ponna Italy at Family Search - Images
Explore Historical Images.
This should get you started.
You should also take a look at the Italy Research Wiki. It will show you what else is available.

To answer the Argentina Census angle, I would suggest the same process.
https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Autonomous_City_of_Buenos_Aires,_Argentina_Genealogy#Census
https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Buenos_Aires_Province,_Argentina_Genealogy#Census
It does not look like you will be able to rely on a Census for Buenos Aires
You may try to search the Catholic records for the name or location.
Still, many records are not indexed so you will want to look at images. (not fun)

There are very few birth documents in Ponna, because it's so small. The first record here says the birth is on 24 January and there's none after that until May. Not sure if this is your ancestor, but here's the link:
