Ms. Eppich, I realized you may be able to help with with another translation. My grandfather Solomon Opotowsky stated he was born 15 August 1885 in Ozorkow, Poland on his application for US Naturalization. I have searched for his birth record with Polish State Archives and they informed me that the birth records from that period do not exist. However, there is a book of residents for that period which the State Archives sent me. I have not been able to get it translated locally. When you have time, can you please translate it for me?

Stamp in red: Those entries were checked and closed on the 31st December 1930, according to the policy of Minster of Internal Affairs, dated the 16th October 1930 regarding registration of population (DZ.UR.P. No. 84, item 653).
Ozorkow, dated 31st December 1931.
Stamp of Mayor.
Please keep in mind that since they did not have written or printed IDs at that time, their names are spelled even differently in this census: Mojsie, Mosiek, Mosie, Rywka, Ryfka. The recorder wrote what he heard. Here Salomon Opatowski states that he was born 18th January 1887, and it is possible that his birth was then recorded, but sometimes they did not remember. I translated birth records when a Jewish father brought several of his children to record their births at the same time. We are just glad to have any of those records.
