My grandfather Solomon Opotowsky stated he was born 15 August 1885 in Ozorkow, Poland on his application for US Naturalization. I have searched for his birth record with Polish State Archives and they informed me that the birth records from that period do not exist. However, there is a book of residents for that period which the State Archives sent me. I have not been able to get it translated locally. When you have time, can you please translate it for me?
