Translation from Polish:

Death Record No. 18, Ostrowaz, of Elzbieta Jrch, who died in Gory on the 12th March 1832, death reported on the 14th March 1832, she lived 27 years. At death she left widowed husband Jozef Jrch resident of Gory. Death reported by Kazimierz Luczol, 33 years old, and Antoni Kostrzewa, 37 years old, both farmers from Gory.
